Long ago Isaiah prophesied,

This morning I was reading these words when a profound peace came into my soul. In the words, "Thy kingdom come" of the Our Father we look forward to the final kingdom of God. We by the gift of the Spirit may receive a contemplative insight into the profound peace of this kingdom. In this kingdom justice will reign and death will no longer disturb us as we contemplate the eternal presence of God.
God's Son began his public life by proclaiming, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven at hand." (Mt. 4:17)
Because it more important to repent in order to enter Christ's Kingdom rather than explain, I invite you to pray or chant Psalm 51.
